You can use these details to ask a privacy question or exercise your rights.

02

Data that may be processed

  • Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name and message.
  • Direct contact: details included in an email, telephone call or subsequent correspondence.
  • Technical data: the hosting service may log the IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser information and server response code.
  • Anti-spam protection: the form creates a one-way hash of the IP address and keeps it in a temporary file for 10 minutes to limit automated submissions.

Providing data is voluntary. Your name, email and message are needed for a reply; without them, the enquiry may not be handled. The company field is optional.

04

Cookies and tracking tools

In its current configuration, the NCTune website does not store cookies or data in localStorage or sessionStorage. It also uses no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising tools, external fonts or embedded video.

This is why no cookie consent banner is currently shown. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and any tool that requires consent will remain disabled until you make a choice.

05

Recipients and hosting

Data may be processed by providers required to operate the website and email service — primarily OVHcloud as the hosting and mailbox provider — and by IT support providers when support is necessary. They act under appropriate agreements and only to the extent required to provide their service.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law. NCTune does not sell personal data or disclose it to data brokers.

06

Transfers outside the EEA

NCTune does not independently transfer contact-form data outside the European Economic Area. If a service provider uses a subprocessor outside the EEA, a transfer may take place only under a mechanism permitted by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

07

How long data is kept

  • enquiries that do not lead to cooperation — for the time needed to handle the correspondence, normally no longer than 12 months after the last contact;
  • project or contract data — for the duration of the cooperation and then for the period required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend claims;
  • the IP hash used for anti-spam protection — 10 minutes;
  • technical hosting logs — for the period set by the hosting provider for security, diagnostics and reliable operation.
08

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Send your request to projects [at] nctune.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office or, where applicable, your local EEA supervisory authority.

09

Automated decisions and profiling

Your data is not used for profiling or for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

10

Policy updates

This policy may be updated if the website, the services or the applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
